White Flag

Paper Decorations Love Craft

Wave the white flag to signal an unconditional surrender of your heart or apology to your beloved.

Use this white flag papercraft when a disagreement has gone too long, a fight has spiraled out of control, or just a loving way to ask for forgiveness after hurting her/him.

Surrender is usually associated with losing the battle, weakness, or giving up. However, the battle is already lost if you are both distant to one another. After a fight, someone needs to make the first move to restore closeness. There is strength in surrender when it is done as a selfless act of love to move forward.

In a positive way, surrendering your heart in a relationship is a meaningful and loving sentiment. Let your sweetheart know about your devotion and trust towards her/him.

Personalize the text on the white flag by entering the PDF form fields in the template below or remove the text completely and keep it a plain white. Write in your own handwriting on the back or both sides.

Reassurance and forgiveness will help heal some wounds in your relationship as you face life's challenges together. Sometimes a little humor is all that's needed to de-escalate the conflict and get back to normal.

Lay your weapons down, raise the white flag of love surrendered, and you both win.
