Personalized Take Out Box Top View

Plan a date ahead of time and give this take out box the week before to build anticipation. Or give just before going out with a fortune hint hidden inside the paper cookie to see if s/he can guess what it is.

Add a second paper fortune cookie into the box if you have 2 dates or activities planned for the day.

If it's been a while since you went out together as a couple, make your date memorable with a printable take out box.

This craft can be given multiple times just by changing the fortune message inside the cookie.
