Find out what her/his favorite cereal was as a child. If you really want it to be a surprise, ask one of her/his parents.
Personalize the prize label with any name. Cut it out and place it on the top of the box or slightly off the box to get more attention. Your beloved may not even notice. You may need to draw their attention to the prize label.

Helpful Hint: Do not put the prize inside the cereal bag touching the cereal. That is not sanitary and the cereal will be ruined. Keep the prize inside the box but outside the bag so the cereal can be enjoyed. You may need to pour some cereal out, but if there is enough for two, then that’s perfect.

The template should be printed on standard weight US Letter or A4 Paper sizes. See paper size comparison for more info on A4 size paper. Check printer settings in the instructions below.

Download the personalized template PDF above. Click file to unzip. Right click on PDF to Open With > Adobe Reader.
Click and highlight the wording in the PDF form fields to personalize with your own message.

In Adobe Acrobat Reader, select File, Print (input page number to print page 2 only) and make sure Page Scaling is set to NONE.
Print using regular white paper.

Use the craft knife to cut out the label.
When cutting, keep the cut path on the outside line so that you do not see white around the edges. You should not need a ruler to cut short straight lines.
Or you can use scissors as well.

Once the label is completely cut out, bend slightly as shown to shape. This will help keep the label flat on the cereal box.

Apply a few pieces of double sided tape to the back of the label.
You can also use glue.

Place the label on the cereal box and press to secure.
Open the box to insert your prize and reseal to present to your sweetheart.
