Sweetener Box
Use this sweetener box as a simple "just because" note to describe how your love is sweet. Perfect for your significant other if s/he is a coffee or tea drinker.
Personalize the name and message on the cover by simply filling in the form fields of the PDF Template.
Some phrase examples: "You make my life sweeter," "Nothing is sweeter than you," "Our love is sweet. You are all I need," etc.

The template should be printed on heavy card stock US Letter or A4 Paper sizes.

Download the personalized template PDF above.
Click and highlight the wording in the PDF form fields to personalize with the name of your sweetheart and your own message.
Click the print button or File, Print and select Current page (page 2 only) before printing.
Set paper quality/type to best on card stock or photo paper before printing and load printer tray with card stock paper. (Printer software varies)
Use the paper clip to score the fold lines on the back. The fold line guides are the blue dashed lines.
Line up the paper clip on the fold line guide, then place the ruler next to it to keep straight. Push down and slide clip along guide lines. Repeat for each fold line.
Once all fold lines are scored, use the craft knife to cut out the shape with the red X in the center.
Then cut along the outside lines of the entire box.
Fold along the score lines to assemble the bottom of the sweetener box as shown.
Fold each of the sides along the score line.
Fold the four white tabs.
Place small pieces of double sided tape or glue on each of the white tabs that form the bottom of the box.
Make sure the side is flush and press firmly to attach the side to the tab.
Repeat for the other three sides.
Place a piece of double sided tape or glue on the three white sides.
Fold the sides over as shown and press to secure.
Repeat for the other two sides.
When complete, the bottom of the box will look as shown.
Fold the top of the box just like the bottom in steps 5 and 6.
Fold each side and tab.
Fold the message side as shown. This will be the inside of the box top when opened.
Place a small piece of double sided tape or glue on the white tabs.
Once the sides are flush, press firmly to attach the tab to the top of the box.
Repeat for the other side.
Place pieces of double sided tape or glue along the white sides.
Fold over each side and press firmly.
Place more double sided tape or glue to the front on each side of the cutout and under the message.
Fold over and press each side of the front while keeping the message side from touching.
Then press the message side to secure.
Add your loved one's favorite sweetener packets and close.
Love is sweet.
Presentation Ideas
- Go for coffee at your local coffee shop and give the sweetener box when sitting.
- Make a cup of coffee or tea for her/him in the morning and place next to the cup.
- Place on top of the coffee maker where s/he will see it.
